This weekly, six-series course is designed for beginners and those new to yoga. It is also appropriate for experienced students who want to deepen their understanding and practice of yogāsana (postures). Lessons will be tailored to the needs of high school dance and theatre students, and their parents.
The goal will be to relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility, and promote an overall sense of well-being. Lessons will be cumulative, with each session building upon the previous one.
$60 for the entire series, $15 for drop-ins
